How to book a Spanish course in Ibiza
1. Choose your Spanish course
Please browse our Spanish courses and choose the right one for you.
2. Book your Spanish course
- Please choose the amount of weeks under “Weeks” and then click on “Book”. You will then see the enrolment form and you will also be able to make your payment by credit/debit card or bank transfer.
- We will send you the official booking confirmation within 24 hours (or the day after the weekend/public holiday).
- If you wish to add accommodation, we will coordinate the type and the reservation with you by email.

3. Receive your confirmation
Once we have received your payment, we will send you the official confirmation with your invoice. In case there is something outstanding, like the accommodation or the material fee of 15€ per week for the book(s) and materials, the invoice will also show your outstanding balance. You can pay it on the fiirst day of school at the reception.
4. Take the level test
At Instituto de Idiomas Ibiza it is very important for us to provide the best Spanish learning experience. Please click to take our online level test in order to place you in the most appropriate group
5. Arrival information
If you have booked only a course you will receive all the information in our email with the reservation confirmation.
If you have also book accommodation, you will receive an email during the week of your arrival with the following information:
- exact address of your accommodation
- how to retrieve the key to enter the accommodation
In case you did not send us your flight details before, we will ask you for those in order to arrange your check-in accordingly.
